O’Brien Commercial Properties Sells 26 Acre Bolton Site.
Bolton, MA: Wood Partners has purchased a 26 acre site at 580 Main St. in Bolton. O’Brien Commercial Properties represented the seller, Condyne, and directly procured the buyer.
The sale price was $3,091,500.
Their comprehensive permit will enable Wood Partners to build 229 apartments. The South Side (half) of the building at 580 main street is going to be demolished to accommodate this project.
The remaining building of approximately 65,000 SF is substantially leased and is offered for sale through O’Brien Commercial.
