Keith is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with over 25 years of corporate real estate experience. He specializes both in Tenant corporate advisory services and Landlord representation. His geographic area of focus has been in the Greater Boston market with Tenant portfolio representation in multi-markets, world-wide. Sectors of focus include office, Industrial and land site acquisition/disposition. Throughout his career, Keith has been an active member in several industry associations including the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. He has represented some of the largest and most visible corporate headquarters in Suburban Boston. Career transactions have an aggregate value of over $3.5 billion.
