Marlborough, MA: US Sports and Apparel Embroidery Unlimited has leased 9,000 square feet of space at the Marlborough Technology Center at 257 Simarano Drive in Marlborough Massachusetts.
Andrew Goddard and Eric O’Brien from O’Brien Commercial Properties Inc. represented the landlord, 257 Simarano LLC and directly procured the tenant for this long term lease.
US Sports and Apparel will be relocating its corporate headquarters to this new location in January, 2023.
O’Brien Commercial is offering an additional 7,000 square foot of office, flex and wet lab space on April 1, 2023.
