Maynard, MA: O’Brien Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of 36 Nason Street in Maynard Massachusetts for $1.4M.
The building was the original home of the Paper Store, now with more than 100 stores and over 3000 employees nationwide. The 11,604 SF jewell box of a building, was constructed in 1920 and consists of 2 floors with direct retail frontage along Nason Street.
The building was purchased by Fly By Night Furniture, who operates a large store in Northampton, MA and plans to expand their footprint to include Maynard.
