Pawtucket, RI – O’Brien Commercial Properties has completed the sale of a 40,000-square-foot multi-tenant flex building located at 402–404 Walcott Street in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The property, which is fully leased at 39,000 square feet was purchased by Francis Maclean Realty Trust for $3 million.

Eric O’Brien, President of O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc., procured both the buyer and the seller, Coneco Realty LLC, in arranging this transaction.

“The building is located just about a mile off Route 95, midway between Boston and New York,” said O’Brien. “To acquire a fully stabilized industrial property of this caliber for $77 per square foot is a rare opportunity in today’s market.”
