Steve has delivered property management services to OCP tenants and property owners for three years, and can be seen at nearly every property, every week of the year. He is both an experienced project manager and building maintenance engineer always focused on providing responsive and excellent services. Prior to joining OCP, Steve owned a remodeling and renovations business for 10 years and spent 12 years in the granite and tile industry. Prior to his work in the home building industry, Steve worked in the IT field where he developed a project management expertise.
